Description

A deeply nourishing, healing ointment with anti-inflammatory and skin rejuvenating properties make it the perfect addition to your natural first aid kit. It can be used to soothe dry eczema (for weepy eczema use our Wound Care or Itch Kalm gel) or other dry skin conditions such as softening gardeners hands and soothing bare feet in dry summer conditions. The combination of essential oils in this Rash Rub also give it a beautiful aroma.

The essential fatty acids and healing properties of our Rash Rub can be used to help calm and soothe nappy rash while providing a gentle barrier against prolonged periods of moisture. It can also be used to prevent infection due to the anti-microbial actions of some of the oils.

Rashes and chafing are very common with sports such as surfing, running, cycling, long distance swimming and team sports. Our Rash Rub can be used as barrier to prevent and promote healing of chafing and rashes. The anti-microbial actions of some of the oils means you can also apply it to any of those grazes and small cuts that are sometimes part of sports. Keep in in your car, wax bag or sports bag to have on hand to treat chafing, irritation and promote healing to any of your sport’s injuries.

I was unfortunate enough this year to get a summer cold and blew my nose raw. I applied rash rub to the tip of my nose and dry lips and it has soothed and moisturised them considerably. And being on the tip of my nose I got to inhale the beautiful scent 🙂
